XUÂN, a modern Vietnamese restaurant on Lun Fat Street in bustling Wan Chai. Helmed by veteran Vietnamese Chef John Nguyen, XUÂN promises next-level cuisine with a northern influence, alongside craft cocktails inspired by the nation’s signature flavours.
